The second phase of development will see a continuation of the design and construction principles used in the earlier phase. Although we shall have a small number of single bedroom properties, the majority will consist of larger 2 bedroom cottages and apartments, some with conservatories and balconies overlooking the River Loddon. As an example, we shall be building floor areas of circa 700 square feet for 1 bed apartments and from 1,000 square feet to 1,500 square feet for the 2 bedroom apartments and cottage options.

The original building, known as Bridge House, has been carefully refurbished to take advantage of the property’s traditional period features.
